The ranking system we used is a loose guide to help you try and find the HSA Administrator that is right for you.  We used these three graphics to help guide the rankings:

Here is what they signify for the different categories:

1st year fees (which includes one time fees plus yearly fees):

• Low = up to $50
• Med = $51 - $99
• High = $100+

Opening Balance:

• Low = less than $50
• Med = $50 - $99
• High = $100+

APY:

• Low = max potential possible under 2.0%
• Med = max potential possible between 2.1% and 3.99%
• High = max potential possible above 4.0%
